This spot along the bank of the Little Patuxent River was one of my favorite places to go when I lived in Columbia Maryland. I passed it every day on my daily walk with our Gold Retriever, Dusty. I have stood at this spot in all kinds of weather and every season. But moments like this were my favorite. In this painting I wanted to capture the sun beaming through the trees on a Spring morning.
